LUKE
LEAL BIOGRAPHY: DJ Luke Leal has been a prominent
part of Sydney's club & party scene for ten years. With
eight of those years spent as a Stonewall resident, Luke has
spun regular nights on all three levels at one point or another,
most notably in the main bar at the ever popular MALEBOX on
Wednesday nights. Renowned for his unashamedly uplifting and
energetic vocal house style, Luke has fourteen performances
at Sydney's world famous MARDI GRAS & SLEAZE BALL parties
under his belt as well as previously being a mainstay at the
legendary QUEER NATION, HAND IN HAND, ICE and FRISKY parties.
He currently holds weekly residences at ARQ, MANACLE &
STONEWALL (of course!) and is main room resident at Melbourne
parties RAW HIDE & BEYOND. Luke regularly spins at events
across the country as well as internationally, having headlined
gigs in Ibiza, London, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle,
San Diego, Singapore, & New Zealand.
Luke
has produced remixes of singles for local artists Cosima,
Michal Nicolas & recently enjoyed national dance, club
& singles chart success with "Glamorous Life"
& "All I Want" with Melissa Tkautz. Disc one
features his remix of "We All Need Somebody" by
The Peachy Project which is exclusive to this CD. Luke is
currently working hard on his first artist release, stay tuned!

that for many (including myself) it gives a sense of belonging,
even a sense of being 'home'. From the incredibly friendly
management & staff to the colourful performers & patrons
it has been a blast to work there over the years and it's
an honour to be chosen to compile and mix the venue's first

guaranteed a good time! Disc One represents that fun &
funky, feel-good vocal house sound that reflects the overall
feel of the venue as a whole and in particular the middle
level cocktail bar.

Two captures the slightly more serious late night dancefloor
vibe that can be heard in the Club on the top level. Uplifting
& energetic vocal anthems with a few trance classics thrown
in for good measure.
